Meet Our Staff

Destiny, Ph.D. 

Executive Director - Founder.

Destiny is the daughter, granddaughter, niece and cousin of multiple service members of all branches of the armed forces and first responders. 

Destiny was licensed as an Emergency Medical Technician - Basic for Kentucky and Indiana in 2003. She, enlisted in the United States Army National Guard in 2004. She joined the International Foundation of Protection Officers in 2006. She became a licensed religious counselor in 2012 and an Adult Peer Support Specialist for Behavioral Health in 2013.

Destiny also holds certification as a suicide prevention instructor. She was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel in 2022. 

Destiny revamped the S.O.U.L Clinic of Kentuckiana Inc., which she started in 2010, to become Reunion & Reintegration Services Inc. in October 2022 to dedicate her skills and services to veterans of the United States armed forces, first responders and their immediate families. 


Board Member

Ken is a veteran of the United States Army and joined the organization in 2019. Ken previously provided services of support, phones, cancer screenings and a myriad of other services until late 2021 when he relocated to continue serving others. Ken now works behind the scenes and continues to provide support for the organization.

Wilma L. 

Board Member

Wilma is a veteran of the United States Army. Wilma joined the organization in February 2022 and has helped significantly with donations to our consumers in need.
